How does my subscription work?

When you purchase a subscription from Rally Bear LLC, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription frequency/interval that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each replenishment unless you choose to pay in advance.

If you want to cancel or modify your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails include links to manage your subscription. You can also log into your account to make adjustments.

If you are having trouble logging into your account, you may not have created one yet. Click on "Create Account" to gain access and manage your subscription.

How do I change, skip, or cancel my Rally Bear subscription?

Log into your account and click on Subscriptions. Once you access your subscription portal, you can:

• Switch your flavor

• Switch your quantity

• Edit frequency/interval

• Skip or gift your subscription

• Edit card on file

• Edit shipping address

• Cancel your subscription

How will I know when my subscription order will ship?

We’ll send you an email reminder three days before your order ships. We recommend adding hello@drinkrallybear.com to your email contacts so our emails don’t end up in spam.

You can also log into your account anytime to view your scheduled deliveries.

Do you offer expedited shipping on subscriptions?
